COUNCIL BLUFFS, IA - The Recycled Fish "On Ice" tour has made a big difference for lakes across the ice belt over the past two years. The tour has accounted for hundreds of bags of trash, and thousands of fish returned - alive and swimming - to lakes where ice fishing events are taking place.
