I’m a Shimano fan, we always brought them out for competitions and carefully packed them away in exchange for big, old Penn reels for the day to day tuna dirty work. Not that the Shimano’s werent up to it, but you’d hate damage one, considering how much they cost in African money.
So when they say: The culmination of years of research and Shimano’s latest in advanced reel technology - the Stella Saltwater (SW) series raises and once again sets the benchmark for quality in the high end spinning reel market, Im inclined to believe them.
And hey, 20kg of drag is pretty decent in that baby.
